Refill that Closet

First things first...I have a giveaway winner to announce.  Without further ado, congratulations to........

***email me at vbhousewife@gmail.com with your mailing address so I can send your card!
Thanks to all of you who entered and all of you reading. It really does mean a lot to me, and I hope you'll keep coming back.  And in case you're wondering how I chose a winner, I used the highly technical process of writing each entry name on a piece of paper and drawing one from a bowl.  See?

Now on to the business at hand...my closet.  A couple weeks ago, I mentioned that I was going to be tackling one spring cleaning project a week for each week in April.  This weekend, I maintained my deal and hit up our closet.  This is what it looked like before:

And this is what it looks like now:

I won't bore you with details on how this was accomplished.  In short, it involved a few bags of clothes filled up for Goodwill, convincing my hoarderish husband it was ok to get rid of pants he hasn't worn in the 7 years we've been together, and heading to Target again for some functional, yet pretty baskests. The real excitement is that now that the closet is cleaned out, it is ready to start housing more clothes.
I love spring/summer shopping and am so excited to purchase some cute sundresses, tanks, and accessories to fill the vacancies.  In anticipation, I hit the web this weekend to scope out what was available at some of my favorite stores.  Looks like our bank account might be in trouble...look:
Express Lurex top

J. Crew Eyelet Cami

Loft Snakeskin skirt

Nordstrom Lush dress

Urban Outfitters BDG Breton dress

Antrhopolgie Slim Shine belt

I'm already counting down the days until next weekend, so I can hit these stores in person and check these out (I like to look online, but rarely buy anything without seeing it first...call me old fashioned!).  What about you guys?  Seen any spring must haves?  Any other good stores I should be checking out?
