Chili and Cheese, Yes Please

It's one of my favorite times of year: Super Bowl season.  While for most this time of the year is all play, for us, diehard Steeler fans, this year's game will be all business (YAY!).  Either way, though, the Super Bowl means parties dedicated to eating, drinking, and watching football...3 of my specialties.  I made this dip last weekend for our Steelers-Jets watching party, and it was a big hit.  On top of that, it is probably one of the easiest dips I have ever made, and perfect for this time of year.
Chili Cheese Dip
1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
15 oz. can chili
1 cup cheddar cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Spread cream cheese in bottom of pie pan.  Top with chili.  Top with cheese.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes.
I served ours with Doritos and Baked Tostitos, both excellent choices.  I have also made this before with all low-fat ingredients (fat free cream cheese, turkey chili, reduced fat cheddar) and it's still pretty tasty.  Any other good dip recipes to share?  I love me a good dip buffet!
